If you select express delivery, this will be sent 1st Class Tracked with Royal Mail..

Return & Exchange Policy

We hope you love your Pup Pals UK product however, if you are not 100% happy with your order for any reason, just contact us and we will provide you with a FREE pre-paid returns label or replacement item.

Return your order to us within 30 days of when the order was shipped, and we'll process a full

refund back to the original payment method.

To ensure a successful return, please make sure that your piece is in as-new condition, with labels still attached and that you have the original packaging on hand.

Please note, we are unable to offer refunds on items that have been personalised.
